Heaven has a culture that looks like Christ's display of love and restoration. Jesus taught the disciples to pray, "Thy Kingdom come....on Earth as it is in Heaven". There was an expectation that this was not only possible but likely since His governance and peace is ever expanding through His divine providence and through the church. We have an expectation that our demand on Heaven's resources will in fact have cultural impact that will change the face of our sphere of influence.

Vision

A center for the restoration of people to covenant relationship in three areas:

            1. Upward to God

            2. Inward to the body of Jesus, the glorious church; in

                family, locally, regionally, nationally and internationally.

            3. Outward to their destiny of being a spreader of life in our local communities.
